Young Parents support

The young Parents project offers a wide range of support tailored to the individual needs of young parents (25 years and under) through one to one work, outreach and group work- providing support and advice on parenting, relationships, education and training, benefits, housing and health.

The aim is to Empower young Parents, improve wellbeing and support them and their children in becoming a part of their community. The Young Parents ‘Emotional Growth Through Creativity’ Programme is run several times during the year in different Ceredigion locations and is a combination of life journey work and creative/ therapeutic art activities, with the goal of increasing self-esteem, confidence and the general wellbeing of young parents.

To work with the young parents by offering a range of activities that support them when bringing up their children. A multi-agency approach is taken to offer support on a range of issues.
