Llandysul Family Centre is a warm welcoming place where mums, dads, grandparents and carers with children under 5 can come to make new friends, learn new skills and spend quality time playing and learning in a fun and stimulating environment. 

Tuesday: 9.15 to 12pm Young Parents Group

                1pm to 2.45pm ‘Jumping Beans’ active play sessions


Wednesday: 9.15am to 2.45 pm Drop in play session

                      9.15am to 12.30pm Lunch Club

1.30pm to 2.30pm Out and About (visits and trips in the local     community)
Thursday: 9.15am – 12pm Drop in play session (Messy Play/Crafts)

                 12pm to 2.45pm Courses and other activities


Friday: 9.15am to 12pm Bumps and Babies Group (babies 0-10 months)

We provide a range of activities during the open access play sessions which you and your child can join in with if you wish. These include Messy Play, Craft Activities and Outdoor Play sessions to name but a few.

We also run courses for parents who wish to attend, such as Incredible Years Parenting, Language and Play, Baby Massage, Welsh Courses and many others.


More Information

Young Parent’s Group on Tuesdays 9.15am to 12pm, where parents under the age of 25 can get together and enjoy a chat, discuss issues that are important to them and get involved in fun and stimulating play activities with their children.

Bumps and Babies for mums and dads with babies 0 to 10 months 9.15am to 12pm on Fridays.

Drop in Health Visitor Clinic on Thursdays 11am to 1pm, just pop in and have a cup of tea and a play while you wait, no need for an appointment.

Language of Service delivered: Bilingual

We also hold local events and trips throughout the year for families to attend, such as Teddy bears picnic, Christmas crafts and activity days.

During school holidays we are open for families with children up to 10 years old. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Our vision is to develop at a local level the skills and nurturing capacity of families, parents and carers so that the well-being and life chances of their children are enhanced.
